Toshiba 815T PB: Hands Off Phone?
When we recently discovered Nokia’s plans about a next-generation cell camera phone based on nano-technology we were really impressed. Probably, Toshiba decided that its 815T PB robo phone would impress us as well, but it has to be said, unfortunately not…
As you can see in the image it looks like a robot with hands and legs, but Toshiba’s attempt at innovation stopped here. When I saw 815T PB robo phone for the first time I thought that with help of those hands and legs it might at least move around or walk to you when it rings, but actually it’s just useless decoration on a simple phone with a QVGA screen, 3G and 3.2 megapixel camera.
Well, maybe the concept is there and in the future Toshiba might modify it to do something a little more exciting, but I’m not holding my breath on such an eventuality.
