It’s obvious that Sony Ericsson will not yield to strong competition from the iPhone and Nokia. Recently, the company unveiled its new video cell phone C905 with the first 8.1 megapixel camera, for example, which was a serious marketing step.
Now, Sony Ericsson is considering various concepts and one of the best Sony Ericsson concepts is the Video Phone. As the name implies, the video cell phone is replete with various video and multi-media features, but one of the most interesting is a keypad with “hand-writing recognition technology.” Here’s what Tuvie reports.
The easy to understand keypad combined with the hand-writing recognition technology provides great information ergonomics for the user. Another of the video phone key selling points is its dual mode functionality. The phones keypad can be locked into place to provide a sturdy stand/rest to allow users to sit back enjoy the video calling experience.
