Dell’s Crystal Display At CES 2008
The era of CRT monitors has gone and the new leaders have the same abilities plus they are slim, stylish and add a nice charm to any interior. LG is well known for its innovative design, but I would never consider Dell to change its calm, classic style and make something really astonishing.
However, it seems that Dell decided to shock us all with its new Crystal Display that debuted at CES 2008 in Las Vegas. Considering the 22” HD display with 1680×1050 resolution, four speakers, web-camera, microphone, and touch controls, it wasn’t a surprise that Dell took home the Best of CES Innovations Award.
According to Smarter Gadgets Dell’s Crystal Display will cost you $1,500.
When it comes to specifications then the 2ms response time and 2000:1 contrast ratio make this monitor ideal for use as a gaming display as well. Watch the video below to make sure that this is not a dream.
